Easy to install
It was very easy to install. The ballast slid into the fitting and adjusted to the attachment point. You will need to cut the wires from the old ballast so you will need wire cutters/strippers and some connectors. Installation took about 15 minutes, it was my first time. I'm not a professional so I think anyone can change their ballast. If you have replaced the light, you can do this.
