Review on PNW Hat Northwest Snapback Baseball by Dorian Bharadwaj

As you can see, the reviews of this hat in 2019 are generally positive. I share an experience similar to the 1 star review dated July 29, 2020. I originally purchased this hat in September 2019 and was very happy with it as it has become one of my favorite hats. I went back to buy a replacement in May 2021 and the results couldn't have been more different. The hat currently in use is a lower quality model and not the same style as the original version (104C - Pro model) that I bought. A bag that isn't handled with the utmost care en route to your mailbox, the end result isn't always desirable. Very disappointed that I was not able to return and receive the same quality product that I originally enjoyed. with my previously purchased HAKA caps. Before purchasing, be aware that you will not receive the item shown in customer photos from previous reviews. I'll be out until I hear about any improvements.
