Hello everyone reading this. About 10 days ago I decided to start shaving with a DE safety razor after years of shaving with a cartridge. I did some research on the subject and found that all experts agree that applying a quality pre-shave oil before lathering is part of this time-honored tradition. I looked at the various options and found that the Viking brand comes at a reasonable price with low risk, so not a purchase that costs a tidy sum. I received the product about a day after ordering and when I opened the box I found that the lid was not tight and some of the oil had leaked out. So I contacted customer service and here I was amazed. I wrote to give them feedback on why I wasn't completely satisfied. I like the product; however it leaked and was all over the bottle, not a very attractive first impression. Almost immediately after sending the message, I received a response that Viking would send a replacement to apologize for my inconvenience. Because of their decision to make the consumer their priority, I will make Viking my go-to place for shaving products. I will look at them first before looking at their competitors' products. Thank you for restoring my faith in American companies and that some companies still see the customer as their number one priority.
