It should have been noted in the photo of the bottle where the sandalwood scent is the smallest amount of any ingredient in the recipe. I smell absolutely nothing when I use this. I'm guessing from a utilitarian standpoint, which isn't critical to the product's performance, but when it's advertised as "sandalwood" you'd think it should at least be recognizable in scent. My regular oil that I loved was gone, becoming smooth, clear and warming up when rubbed in. I didn't want to pay €25. for a popular brand, so I chose Viking. It's cheap so it was worth a try for $8. It turns white after rubbing it on my face, I didn't find it helped much. I basically shaved in the shower again to make sure my beard was soft instead of relying on this oil.
