Updated - The company sent me a replacement laptop and I am very pleased. I use it every day. I'm always very aware of the pressure I'm putting on him when I paint and draw. I'm not painting on it like I was hoping, it's just not as easy as I was hoping, and I'm just buying an easel that can be used at any number of heights, which will solve this problem. It's very convenient and easy. I would never call it permanent. Original Review - I am disappointed. I was looking forward to it, looking forward to it because I'm disabled and it would help me with my work. I'm thinking of returning it. I like the soft cushions on the bottom and on the book stand. I love that it has a detachable mouse pad. Because I didn't need it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Bought NEW. Did I notice that the tape on the left side looked weird like it was dry or open and dirty? IDK, that was Sus. I opened it up and the actual part holding the back is broken. In fact, this part is missing! It's not in the box. So I couldn't even "weld" it with a heat tool. Very disappointed.
