Review on 📷 Panasonic HDC-HS80K HD HDD Camcorder (Black): High-Definition Recording and Playback at its Best! by Brandon Hilton

I'm a professional wildlife photographer, not a videographer. Someone who uses video cameras regularly and is a videographer will likely have a more accurate/relative view. I've had this camcorder for about 3 weeks and have just returned from a 2 week photography trip to the Redwoods region. I bought it from Revain.com. Here are my impressions: 1. Very compact and almost fits in the palm of my hand.2. It's amazing how close he gets and how few handshakes. Of course, at maximum magnification, it becomes more difficult to control shake.3. The audio recording is excellent. It records the sound you pointed to and minimizes background noise. I zoomed in on the Sparrow song and heard it very well and the background ocean noise was minimal. Great looks, but the color/white balance is a bit off and you may want to manually adjust it, but for my purposes (and most people I think) that's fine.5. The format of the files downloaded to the computer was very easy to edit and I was able to edit them using my main software, Windows Movie Maker. an idea of where and what I record on Facebook, blogs, on my website, etc. Not for selling video, in which case I'd probably go for a higher model camcorder.
