Review on ๐Ÿถ Deluxe Dog Coat - Weatherbeeta Windbreaker 420D: The Ultimate Weather Protection for Dogs by Tommy Maynard

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Adjustable size, be sure to read the fine print

I have two broad chested dogs and finding the right coat is very difficult. I was very interested in this coat because of the bib, so I bought one for each dog. It's very easy to put on, almost like a cape, and the velcro is quite strong. If your dog has an aversion to velcro noises, I would avoid this coat. Because the velcro is strong (which you need!), the noise is very loud. The coats are very well made and much cheaper than buying directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer started making blankets for horses, so the design is really well made for the animals, not to make your dog look "cute". Fur coats weren't warm enough for Chicago winters (it was 3 degrees here this week). It clearly says it's "Medium Warm" but the heavier versions of the coat don't have strap holes in the back so I tried this version. Aside from the warmth factor, they were too big in the neck and too long in the back so I sent them back. Now for the fine print: as I was going through a return, I noticed that the seller was charging me. for return shipment. Like many of us, I've been buying from Revain for so long that I don't look at the return policy etc. The seller makes it clear that return shipping will be charged in their policies, as well as a restocking fee if a few conditions are not met. met. I was also dismayed that the seller's user rating wasn't very high. I braced myself for an unpleasant return experience. However, the seller responded to my message within 24 hours. Refund (minus return shipping) was completed within 2 days. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Please note that small businesses are currently embracing new business opportunities as they struggle to stay in business. While the seller's restocking policy may seem a little intimidating to read, it's actually no different than trying on something in a store. They would try it on and then put it back on a hanger. You won't spill anything on it, you won't damage it and you won't rip off the labels. Since my dogs are the same size, I only opened one pack and tried on both coats. I immediately brushed the dog hair off the coat we were trying on. The labels never came off. Items were returned in their original packaging and condition, as if you tried the item on in store. me) who didn't read the rules before buying and then complained and gave the seller a bad rating? Even with the return shipping cost, buying from this seller was cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturer, so keep that in mind. If you want to support what I consider a small business and treat the merchandise respectfully, you will have no problem with this supplier at all. I found them polite, responsive and professional. The only thought the seller should consider is to consider another shipping method besides FedEx Sure Post. I've had other vendors use this method and it's horrible, slow and very difficult to track: Order placed 20th December, shipped 30th December and received 7th January. I'm sure several public holidays have affected this general schedule. as well as the Sure Post method.
