I've tried several camera straps and while none have failed, none have emotionally connected to me from the first use. Meet the Vi Vante Luxury Sheetline, my very first neck strap. The leather end caps add a very nice luxury feel, but most importantly they protect the side of your camera (whether it's rangefinder, rangefinder style or DSLR style) from scratches. I didn't pay too much attention to the strain relief, but as this is my first non-wrist strap, I have to say that you'll feel comfortable as it can support the weight of your camera no matter how you wear it. . Note: I tend to wrap it around my arms and still use it as a wrist strap, but I like being able to carry it on my side as intended. If you are curious, I would advise you to watch the product video and give it a try. You will not be disappointed. Especially when it comes in a nice box with dust bag and accessories. The attention to detail is just outstanding.
