20" neon sign. Very bright. The cord for the plug is about 6 feet long and connects to the top of the unit. Supplied with ceiling mounting wire and connectors. It didn't have instructions, but figuring out how to hang it was pretty easy. One end of the cable has a screw connection that screws directly into the device, while the other end has a chrome piece that can be unscrewed from the wire. The mounting screw goes right in and attaches to where you want to hang it, and then screw the mounting wire to it. Pretty easy when you look at it. It now hangs in my shop window and looks amazing!
