The platform has been very helpful in generating leads for us to follow up further down the funnel. I like that we can track all interactions from first contact through closing deal so it is easy to see what stage each lead was at when they were contacted as well if any opportunities came out or closed due to lack of interest etc - which makes managing my team easier too! It's also nice having an online portal where you have access 24/7 via desktop computer / phone even whilst travelling to help close deals quicker than ever before!! Nothing really but i guess its still early days yet :) We are using salesforce CRM (Salesforex) to manage contacts across multiple departments however this does not sync into Salesify easily enough meaning there will be times where data entry needs doing manually again slowing things along slightly compared to just being able to.
