When I got my first jacks they worked fine. After about 45 days, they stopped working as well. My wife opened the back of our Yukon as she has done so many times before. She opened the hatch when it was fully open. When she opened the hatch to pull something out of her back, the lift leg fell apart and the aft hatch collapsed on her head and neck. I have contacted the seller for a replacement and partial refund due to a defective product. After a week of sending them photos and telling the story of what happened, I get an email saying they sent me a refund. I got my $16.25 back the next day. Did I get half of the cost of the defective product refunded? The seller's customer service is bad. BUYER BEWARE!
