I like how easy it can be to create an invoice or send out reminders for clients! The customer support team has been great as well - they are quick with responding via email/phone when needed (which isn't always!). Nothing at this time- but would love more integrations in future updates such as HubSpot CRM integration so we could sync our contacts between those two sites easier than right now through separate apps!! This helps us keep all client contact information organized & easily accessible from one place instead having 2 sources which sometimes leads me back into double checking things before sending them off.
