Review on Enhanced Gravity Defyer G Defy Running Shoes by Dave Lopez

These shoes offer excellent insole support and work well on the ankles, knees and back. Good springy effect that makes this shoe ideal for walking. Too heavy to be a great running shoe. The only complaint I have is that the rubber on the bottom wears out a little quicker than I expected, but I run about 20-30 miles a week and walk a lot for work. I'm buying another pair as they feel pretty good when standing and walking.
