This is a fantastic yet practical dog garment. Sturdy and charming, it will definitely draw attention. I find the quality and workmanship unbeatable for the price. The only downside is that it's a little big for my little chihuahua/cairn terrier mix, but it's the next size down. Her chest measures 16.75 inches but her neck is only 9 inches. I have adjusted the straps to the shortest length possible, but she is a very busy, active girl and still shoves her front leg down her neckhole from time to time. I wish the Velcro straps only had an inch or so of adjustment.
