Headset not so great No-Name

For the price, this is not the best headset. I've only had it a month and I'm already having problems with it. It's not very practical and the USB port isn't very good. It often loses connection and quality. In addition, it is literally an unnamed brand. There is no brand name on the box or on the headset itself or anything else.
