I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I bought the silver one and have had it for over a year now almost 2 years and it is very durable. I bought it in April 2019. I haven't taken it off since I got it. I shower in it, take it to the beach, exercise in it a lot since I was a toddler and to my surprise it never broke! I usually like to write product reviews after a year if it hasn't broken yet. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase and will definitely buy it as a gift.
