Just changed and works as it should. It's a pain in the butt to change. It's just inconvenient to get there. I modified this in a 2004 Chevy 1500. It is located at the rear of the engine between the engine and bulkhead. You have to feel it (can't see it). The setting that worked for me was a 1 and 1/16 inch deep socket. Slide the ratchet over the 10" extension with the swivel connecting the extension to the base. When your truck is lifted, you lie across the engine. Approach from the driver's side. Don't over tighten.
