Back saver - my new review
I hurt my back moving a large clay pot. I was unable to get an appointment and was in so much pain! Spasms and pain just moving or sleeping. Someone suggested I try a belt, and so glad I did! I had been in pain for a week and the belt greatly helped by supporting my back as I walked and moved. By the first day I was finally able to walk without pain. I continue to take the ibuprofen but I can feel the difference. Of course I am not advocating tonignore medical professionals but this worked for me.
