Compact footprint. I'm 10.5 feet wide and was able to fit both feet in the four marked disc shaped spots. Accuracy is difficult to measure, but was close enough when comparing morning measurements taken on the same day to measurements taken at the family's medical center. Probably the main difference was clothing and shoes, as well as the timing of the measurement. It reports the same measurement if you dismount and try to repeat it for a few minutes. Good if you forgot in that window of time and also want to stop you from thinking "this must be wrong" and double check. Easy to read as the LED is bright. I'm short-sighted, so I have a hard time distinguishing some numbers without glasses. The LED lights up briefly. Didn't use the app. I'm not interested in that kind of technology. I just put the data in a protected file.
