later I have this for tucking in buttons in baby clothes and cloth diaper liners. I've also used it for my clothes and a few small projects. I wasn't expecting too much because it was a lot cheaper compared to other options. Two words: pleasantly surprised. a screwdriver (the latter I use to open the misplaced latches), as well as additional rubber fittings for the press. Installation is quite simple and the press requires very little pressure, a child can easily operate it. The bars themselves are fastened and remain. I've tossed the pads and clothes in the washing machine and dried them a few times and they show no signs of shedding or fabric stretching (yet). Of course, you don't want to accidentally rip them apart while loosening what they're attached to, but you don't need to be super sophisticated either. Base. I will update if necessary.
