This is specific to "Microfit” (43EB93B), NOT "2019 Edition” (46EB54 or 46EB74). The entire transducer and rubber pad are only slightly larger than the tip of the Q-Tip. All of this is placed INSIDE the ear canal. The problem with being so small is that the sound isn't impressive either. The highs were clear and the mids were alive, if a bit strained at higher volumes, but there was NO bass, none.
