I just installed a cartridge and have printed several copies normally. It then started shrinking (as another user experienced) and the print quality on that sheet was poor. Until I get a replacement from another company I have to open the lid, remove and reinsert the cartridge and it prints a few more copies with no problem. Update: The company contacted me after reading my review and sent me a replacement cartridge free of charge. it works well. Comparing the first and second cartridges, I understand why the first didn't work properly. There was a loose part on the side. I only gave them four stars because I think they should have noticed the defect first before sending it out.
