I'm working on making photography more of a passion than a hobby so I'm learning a lot. I bought these cards thinking they would help and I believe they will. They are packed with a lot of information that I need. Obviously someone at a higher level than me might not find these cards that useful. You have information like a histogram. What the heck is a histogram? Well, it's a representation of light and dark areas of an image that provides the correct exposure. The cards have terms with definitions of SPAM (actually PSAM) etc. They also give you settings for shooting in different lighting conditions such as portrait, macro, indoor and contain a corresponding exposure table etc. etc. The cards are coated and have a handy clip, like shown in the picture. I attached them to my camera backpack so they're always handy. I hope that one day I won't need these cards anymore, but I still think they will be a good reference. Overall I think it's perfect for beginners.
