I have had this phone for about a year now. I use it for my job where I have to answer calls all day. The headset is comfortable and light enough that wearing it 8 hours a day has never been a problem. Sound quality is excellent, but there's no dedicated way to adjust speaker volume. The phone's base is fairly solid and the buttons feel good when pressed. The /off button (which you use to answer calls) can be a bit finicky if you don't press it properly. Sometimes it doesn't register that you pressed, and sometimes it counts as TWO presses, which means that the caller hangs up. This is n' This is very common though, so don't worry. The phone ringtone has three settings: loud, quiet and off. However, high and low settings are terribly loud. This is great if you don't want to miss a call, but if you're taking calls all day, you'll end up annoying everyone around you. When the ringer is off, the base station will not make any tones, but the headset will still ring. Really good! Overall a good phone for office use.
