I bought a set of o-rings as our Ninja Foodi would set food on fire and say "WATR" almost every time we used it. Based on the information I found on several troubleshooting sites, the problem was likely the seal not closing properly, allowing the water we included in our recipes to evaporate and leak through the bad seal. I also replaced the pan at the same time as there were scratches around the gasket. So far we've had better luck. The first time I cooked something with a new gasket, steam came out of the sides of the pot. I removed the lid, moved the seal around the wire portion of the lid and after a few seconds of squeaking, the ring started closing normally and the clock started counting down without displaying the "WATR" error.
