This review is for those who had a similar issue I had with installation due to the previous filter tip breaking off in the filter dock. At first I thought they didn't fit as the tip was a different size than the filter that was removed. Realizing the old tip was still stuck, I took a slightly larger drill bit than the hole and inserted it with needle nose pliers, then pulled it out. Then the new filter fits perfectly. After a few glasses of water everything is going well and tastes great.
