Review on Polycom 2200 07880 160 SoundStation 2W Non Expandable by Mac Owen

This is the second purchase of the same model. I've seen reviews that say the wifi doesn't work well, but it doesn't. I have a base station upstairs in the office and a phone downstairs in the conference room. I would guess it was a straight line at almost 75 feet and it worked flawlessly. This phone would be perfect if it connected to a cellphone via Bluetooth instead of the cable that comes with it. This makes it completely wireless. It should be noted that the mobile phone cable has two telephone plugs. One says iPhone and the other says the other. I assumed that since I have a Samsung I would use a different connector. When I plugged it into my phone, the ringer volume was full and I kept trying to increase the volume. I replaced the phone with an iPhone plug and it works fine. The phone picks up voices well at around 8 feet for microphones. The sound quality is also good. Happy with the purchase.
