The item arrived with a leak throughout the plastic bag. The remaining product was partially solidified. I don't know who is doing this. The instructions are not clear, there is no reference to safety data sheets, no real passport. Who is the manufacturer? I'm not saying that the product's new sealed packaging isn't good glue, but where is the passport and security information? Should I have an open time greater than 3 minutes or less than 3 minutes for best results? How long clamp? Full cure in 48 hours (hardness and PSI)?
