I have had this device for a few years now. It is excellent! It works seamlessly as both a Skype/music headset for my PC and a headset for my desk phone. It uses USB to connect to a PC and my ShoreTel VOIP phone has a separate headset jack that it plugs into. The stand is attractive and uses a magnet to hold the headset in place, while also charging it. The stand features a very clear backlight to indicate whether it's in PC mode or phone mode and supports touch controls for quick switching. With my Bose device at home, I have to press enter several times while it cycles through the possible connections. I can walk a very long distance from one office corridor to another part of the building without interrupting a single call. It even has this see-through window slot where a special sticker with my name on it prevents confusion with other people's headsets.
