I like that we can use it in any platform, not just Facebook or Instagram! It's great to be able to create your own content instead of having someone else do all work (like with other platforms).
The customer support isn't always as helpful if you have questions outside their FAQs section - they sometimes don’t respond back after multiple messages/emails sent out via chat are ignored by them. You need more than one person working together when using this software because some things aren't intuitive enough so there needs to be at least 2 people helping eachother understand what has been created before editing begins etc.. Having an easy way to share posts across many different social media channels without spending time doing extra steps manually would help too!! We're trying to grow traffic from organic search & getting engagement within those pages which means creating engaging blog articles daily plus sharing these links everywhere possible online.
