The program can also be used by both end customers and transportation companies. Installation may be a bit tricky. We need training from time to time and the support team helps me solve any problems I have but it does require some effort. This is a good software. You should install it if you are running a large shipping company or even just a small one. It's been very useful to our business. The benefits were in the increased efficiency we achieved with this product. I like that it's easy to use, you don't need too much training if your not used with this kind of software before but after some time using all features there are nothing really i dislike about pls as far we know now so no problems or complaints at least from our side! We have improved efficiency by over 25 per cent without having any extra personnel compared to what was previously necessary which has saved us money while improving productivity through automation.
