I was very skeptical because I had never bought laptops from other manufacturers. I'm an Asus or HP employee when I'm in a bind. I needed a cheaper laptop with the specs I wanted so I gave it a try. I'm not disappointed, but there were problems setting it up. Although I'm not sure if it's my fault or not. Came as advertised and with a bunch of freebies! Webcam, wired mouse, mouse pad, USB port adapter (computer only has one USB port), etc. The keyboard does not light up. My charger broke after a week and I still haven't figured out how to contact the seller so that's my biggest problem. Seems fragile, but maybe it's that light. He plays Minecraft very well! The sound is bad, but not a problem for me. Just plug in your headphones or speakers.
