I really like that it had all my data in one place to be able to easily manage through each process step with ease! It was easy at first but then when we realized how much more there is out their compared to other programs (such things including price) some features were confusing or not available which made us question its value over others. We needed an option where everything could fit together so people didn't have to use multiple software applications just because they work within different departments/processes etc..
