I like that they are very flexible in their approach to projects - whether it's design or development of an app for us (or another client) as well has being able provide support through our onboarding process into Salesforce so we can get up & running quickly! They've been great at providing guidance throughout all phases from idea conception thru launch/deployment across multiple platforms including Apple App Store / Google Play store etc., We haven't had any issues thus far but when you're working remotely this isn’t always possible :) There have also not yet come back queries about functionality which would make me feel more comfortable using them long term- perhaps time will help? The benefits include having someone who knows how things work internally within SFDC helping guide your project implementation; plus getting feedback early enough during ideation phase where appropriate changes.
