I like that it has all my customer information in one place so i don't have to jump between different systems for various things (i use this as an admin system).
It can be slow at times but they're working hard to improve their performance! The interface could do with some work - needs more customisation options etc. There isn't anything really wrong about force 24 though, just need them to get better at making sure everything works well together when you've got multiple people using it from different locations/timezones. We used force 24 mainly because we had been looking around for something which would allow us to keep track of our customers' emails across several channels without having separate accounts for each channel.
