I love that I don't have to use pan oil. I'm concerned that using oil spray or cooking on high heat will void the lifetime warranty. It can only be used over medium heat. Now I have to hide it from family members. the same ones who claim to be able to use teflon-coated steel utensils (forks to turn food) without scratching the surface. I have a lot of pans with notches. Either way, I look forward to making frittatas and omelettes in one pan.
