Size tag 140 for my daughter who is 7 years old and weighs 45lbs she is very slim we buy 7slim pants which fit but are too short. They were too big for them, we ride the waist for them to work. I don't mind having the legs a little looser, but the sagging inseam isn't that much. I like the quality and material though, they hold up well in the wash and will order a smaller size.
