Review on PUPPIA International Puppia Harness XSmall by Kimberly Banks

I used to like these harnesses but there are 2 serious complaints that preclude buying from this seller. Received 3 wrong sizes first and had to pay postage for return separately. It was not my fault and I was not told I would have to pay postage at the time of sale or return. This makes buying Revain a riskier experience these days. As more and more items are being shipped incorrectly I have found that the postage on some items is too high to worry about. Second, and this is a more serious safety issue with harnesses, the same size may now be too big or the material may stretch because the media I bought fell off my dog this week. Luckily he was in the house and I was in the next room. He's a good dog and has been sitting there waiting for me to come and put him back on. If it had happened while crossing the street or holding his leash and harness on the street corner as cars sped by, it could have been a tragedy. My dog has worn harnesses since he was 10 weeks old and never pulls or tries to take them off. It shrinks slightly when I put it on. It looks like the fabric just stretched or the velcro isn't holding up properly, but that's definitely a safety issue. The buckle was still latched and just fell off. I noticed that the new one I put on him right away was cut differently so the velcro doesn't seem to overlap properly. I don't really know what caused this but the velcro seems to be an issue along with the fabric now stretching. The small size is too small, so he wears the same size all year round and always changes it often.
