I recently received a Fitbit Charge 2 as a gift from a family member who kept it hidden in the box for a few years as they have since bought several new models Has . As soon as I put it on it fell off and fell off over and over again until I... Lol it was completely unwearable. The reason why a person suddenly stopped using it? The bracelet of course! I've never owned a Fitbit, but I heard about this problem years ago, so I was so surprised she never tried to get a new one. (Although it worked fine for me! lol) After I got my new bands I put one on and didn't take it off and it hasn't fallen off since. It's so comfortable I even forget I'm wearing it. I have 4 Diamond Texture Packs and they look really good. I couldn't be happier. I just absolutely LOVE my "new" Fitbit. From what I understand from that time, shift teams typically run into the same problem over time. I don't know if that's the case with these, but for the price it's not that hard to buy new ones when needed (although I don't like junkyard and it's really unacceptable that they put out such a poorly designed product in the first place , but I digress). As long as your Fitbit doesn't get lost in the event of a possible strap failure, you should be able to work with it for a very long time.
