I like the toothbrush. Good product. But since I have never received replacement heads, a rating of 0 stars would have been better. I have sent a message to the seller and have not received a reply. No refunds or anything like that. No customer support. Update: A neighbor received the item in his mailbox and delivered it to me a few days later. They fit perfectly. So I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars for the product itself and F for the customer service. Nobody ever answered. CUSTOMER SERVICE ERROR!
