This leopard necklace is of decent quality, looks good and has no visible flaws (several others on the back). However, as with most others, the chain is shorter than most (which is quite common with the necklaces found here). Overall, this is quite a unique, beautiful and attractive necklace (as a gift or otherwise). As for hypoallergenic claims without toxic heavy metals like lead, nickel, etc., your assumptions are as good as mine and there's no easy way to test them (without destroying them). Well, of course I hope that's true. That's a pretty reasonable price at $34.
