Let me start by saying that I am by no means a qualified technical critic, this is just my opinion of the laptop as an average consumer. great access to technology throughout my life. The equipment I used was low quality and only equipment I could get by with. However, I'm in high school and have recently started taking extra courses in college, so I needed something durable and effective for everyday use for classes, socializing, gaming, etc. And this laptop was just that! The laptop boots in seconds even when opened for the first time. It was very convenient and the virtual assistant Cortana guided me through the setup process. As I said, I'm not very tech savvy and it was very easy for me to log in. In online reviews, many people say that the keyboard was amazing and innovative. On arrival, this laptop's keyboard really is that good. I'd love to describe it, but it really is a wonderful typing experience. There is also a cloth-like material covering the surface of the keyboard, which feels comfortable and soft. Even after typing for a long time, my hands don't get very tired. I didn't think I would use the touchscreen much, but this feature is handy and easy to use. I've found myself using it more than I thought I would! The mouse pad is a nice size - I personally prefer a regular mouse, but I still like the mouse pad. It's VERY fast to load and load things. In my experience I've never had a laptop boot up as fast as this one. It only crashed once, and that was when I was trying to play a video game while doing other things like downloading software and opening browsers, so I can't blame it for being a little overwhelming was. After turning it off and on again it worked fine so I don't need the crash to bother me. In the future I will separate these tasks so that this does not happen again. It runs video games very well; I used it with The Sims 4 and was impressed with how well it performed despite not being a gaming laptop. However, this laptop is not designed for gaming. So if you plan to play a lot of AAA games, I don't think this laptop is for you. However, for casual gaming, it is reliable! Battery life is good, it's not terrible or amazing, it's just pretty good. The charger is medium length, it plugs and unplugs well, so there is no problem in simply plugging in the computer while using it. I think that's all; I tried to tell a lot about the product because I know that when I bought a laptop I wanted to know almost everything about it. In summary this laptop will be of great help to me during my college years and it's great to have something that is reliable, fast, easy to use and capable of getting the tasks I need done it need. :) (Note: it was actually sent here a day before the estimated delivery time! It was well packaged and very reliable, so I'm also very happy with the way it was sent to me :D)
