These cartridges were priced right for me and 5 out of 6 worked well with my TR8520 printer. I was disappointed that one of the 6 cartridges, magenta, was leaking in the plastic packaging so I couldn't use it. I contacted the seller online about my order to let them know about the issue. To my great surprise, they responded quickly, apologized for this issue and quickly replaced all 6 cartridges for free. I am very satisfied and will definitely order from them in the future. It's great to find a company that stands behind their product and will do whatever it takes to make sure they fix any problem. I speak when something is wrong, and I speak even louder when something is right! Thank you Clorisun, I will definitely be ordering from you again!
