Review on Suburban 5117A Water Heaters 6 Gallon: Efficient and Reliable Hot Water Solution by John Hall

We bought this heater and installed it on our trailer in June. When we went camping the second time, water was leaking everywhere. I'm a tech savvy person and I know what I'm doing. I could see exactly where the problem was. This heater has a three year warranty. So I called and found out that the closest center I can take it to is in COLORADO and I'm in UTAH. I was able to contact the cell phone provider but had to pay $75 out of pocket. Master confirmed my suspicion as to what the problem is. When he tried to replace the valve, the part went into the heater itself. So he filed paperwork with the company, and they dismissed the lawsuit. They stated that they don't use forks. I believe it was sold new and has been refurbished. Now I don't have $374 plus $75 for a water heater I had in under 60 days!
