Well I've only used it a couple of times and I like it so far. The first time I use it I put ice cubes in it but if you read the label it says DO NOT put plain ice in it as that can puncture the bag and I think it can burn the freezer and put it on these damage way. My simple solution is to put a folded stuff sack inside. So it acts as a double liner to protect and insulate the bag and you can store things separately when needed. I also find it easier to empty once the ice has melted without getting my bag wet. Will update when it falls apart but so far I've found it very comfortable and works perfectly for me to carry around 12 packs of beers and my frisbee golf discs in my front pocket.
