I ordered a 2X and it was loose around my hips, but was way too tight for my 42DD breasts. My measurements are 48.5-40-48.5. I’m big but have an hourglass shape, not a barrel or apple on toothpicks body. I wear a 1X usually. I gave it to my daughter who is 40 lbs. lighter and it barely fit her. Order 2 sizes up if you are large busted.
