Sorry for the disgusting photo. As you can see my heels were out of control, I used this buff (mostly the rough side then the lighter side) in the shower for a good 20 minutes after my skin had softened. Very happy with the result, some very deep cracks remain but my feet feel softer and much better. I will probably use the deeper cracking product again in my next shower and use it as a maintenance treatment over time as the dryness returns. They work a lot better than the cheese grater style things you see for sale.
