They work great and hold the light perfectly in place.
It was hard to figure out at first. You will need to leave some tape on the headlights (do not peel off the adhesive) to allow the headlights to fit the connectors. Then you need to plug the light strips into the connectors. Lamps are difficult to use in sockets. I had to use a small flathead screwdriver to fully seat the bulbs. However, once these connectors work properly. They hold the lights securely in place and they all worked great. I didn't have a single defective plug.
