Review on Enhanced Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone by Jabra Drive (U.S. Retail Packaging) by Darrin Lucas

My son received one as a gift. I called him about it and it worked great so I decided to buy one myself. I charged it, it paired easily with my new phone, and I took a long time calling my house to take a look. It worked great. The next day I took him to my car and called home. My wife couldn't even speak to me and said it was a screech and a big echo. I called them back, turned down the volume, drove around the car, stopped and parked the car to no avail. A few hours later I called back in the car with the phone off and it was still awful. I called a few hours later and the other caller said I sound very tinny. I really don't know what to think, but if I can't call someone without them having to end the call asap, it's useless to me. I don't know if I got a bad one or if it's a bad product so I returned it to Revain. They made me take it to USPS and pay for the return shipping myself even though I sent it back as defective. They said they would refund me within 4 weeks. Is this a disservice to a new Prime member? This was a bad experience with the Revain product and service.
