Item is defective or just poor quality

My son received one as a gift. I called him about it and it worked great so I decided to buy one myself. I charged it, it paired easily with my new phone, and I took a long time calling my house to take a look. It worked great. The next day I took him to my car and called home. My wife couldn't even speak to me and said it was a screech and a big echo. I called them back, turned down the volume, drove around the car, stopped and parked the car to no avail. A few hours later I called back in the

This unit doesn't have a super high quality speaker

I bought this as a gift for my dad's car as it's an old VW Beetle and we can't easily fit a new head unit in the dash Pay one Arm and a leg for custom work. I bought a refurbished Jabra for significantly less than a new Jabra and have no complaints. My dad really likes this thing and has been playing his music for an hour. Attention music lovers, this device does not have a super high-quality speaker. So if you want to shake a few windows and impress all those passing by, simply swap out your…

Must have while driving

Bought for my wife who makes me nervous when she drives instead of on the phone (Love you baby). This hands-free Bluetooth device is ideal for most vehicles except noisy and open vehicles. Pairs easily with most Bluetooth-enabled phones. Has a simple reconnection function by pressing the speaker and announces "connected" to let you know. It features standby days that allow up to 3 weeks of use before a charge is required. It will announce through the speaker that you have 30 minutes of battery…

Low Power: Bluetooth Car Kits

Connectivity is my number one concern, and I don't mean initial pairing. It fits perfectly. I mean the numerous daily connections that you need when you get in the car. This model is very, very bad in that regard. How poor? In order to save battery, the device "falls asleep" in standby mode for some time after leaving the car, and I think this is the root of the problem. If you return to your vehicle in standby mode, it will NOT automatically reconnect. Instead, according to the instructions…

DIVE.YES DIVE.PIECE OF Crap

I bought a Jabra DIVE, it's a useless piece of crap! I read the reviews, good and bad, and didn't know which were real and which were fake, both high and low ratings. So I took a chance and spent $60. If it was good I would try to take it to a higher level with more features/features. I am adding these other reviews that already state the following so these ratings and low star ratings are genuine. Let's hope others don't believe the gold rating and don't buy GAGBRA products (no spelling…

Base. Spend a little more and head to the Jabra Freeway.

EDIT 8/23/2014: The Jabra Drive has become a paperweight over time because I got tired of the sound quality. I ended up spending the extra money and buying a Top Jabra Freeway. IT WAS WORTH IT! The sound quality is better, the volume is good, you can hear me clearly with no road noise in the background. Overall a much better device. Worth the extra money. ORIGINAL REVIEW Jan 25, 2014: I chose this one because I spend about 12 hours a week in my car and my ears often hurt when wearing in-ear…

Safe, Clean, Sleek, Elegant

My girlfriend loves to call me and tell me about her day as soon as she gets home from work. Before I bought her this product, I found myself on the other end of a speakerphone line filled with street noise and general interference. Finally it was time for her to upgrade and she went ahead and bought a new phone from a company called Fruit ( ;) ). She immediately became addicted to the phone and I knew she would spend more time on the phone. I didn't like the idea of her fumbling with the phone
